Static Wash Plants

Part Description:

The flagship offering in the Bruce range is their static aggregate wash plants.

These plants combine a bespoke approach to design, which incorporates some of the pre-designed modular items in the Bruce range such as, screens, sand plants, thickener tanks and coarse aggregate scrubbers.

This means that our clients benefit by being able to issue us with their own unique design brief but also benefit from tried and tested component machines within the finished plant. This is not a one size fits all approach where the customer feels compelled to conform to what the manufacturer offers.

We are able to offer part or all of your wash plant either on a supply only basis or as a full turnkey system, even down to building and slab design work.

The plants, including electrics are made by Bruce and not purchased from other sources which means that when you design and order your plant, you also buy a complete knowledge and history of each part.

Only the finest components are used, to extremely specifications. As Bruce are the Hardox dealer for Ireland, all material engaged surfaces are truly built to last.

As part of our responsibilities as distributor, SCG stock a full strategic parts holding, ready for despatch in the unlikely event of failure. We also stock and supply polyurethane as well as all other types of screen, skirt and scraper media so should your material specifications change or you need to perform routine maintenance, we have that covered too.
